These are the terms and conditions which you legally accept by using this website. Comments are posted direct to the website without prior approval. The views expressed do not necessarily reflect those of The Bookseller. To the extent permissible by law the Bookseller is not responsible for any comments, omissions or the accuracy of material posted on this website.
Please take care therefore when submitting your post to make sure it is relevant, and do not post messages that are unlawful including material which is abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, profane, defamatory, published in breach of confidence, misuses private information, infringes copyright or material which is discriminatory whether as a result of being sexually oriented, homophobic, racially offensive or otherwise harmful.
Users are legally responsible for what they submit to the site and accept full and unlimited liability for their submissions and recognise that breach of the rules of this policy may cause us damage or loss. Furthermore, by submitting material for inclusion, the user hereby agrees to indemnify the Bookseller and commercial suppliers of services against all claims (damages, costs, losses (including consequential loss) and compensation) resulting from the publication of the user's submissions on The Bookseller website.
The Bookseller does operate a "notice and take down" policy with regard to user-generated comments. The Bookseller will promptly remove any comments found in its discretion to contravene the Comments Policy once notified. We cannot take responsibility for the contents of any other website that you may access via links through this website. All messages should include the full name and return e-mail address of the message sender. Messages that fail to comply with these conditions may be removed regardless of the content. We reserve the right to remove your access to services completely if we believe you are abusing the services in any way.
