You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Bookseller harmless for any liability arising due to the use or distribution of those materials. You further grant The Bookseller the right to use your name in connection with the reproduction or distribution of such material.
(k) The Bookseller is not responsible for material posted by users on its site. The Bookseller however reserves the right to delete or edit such material at its sole discretion and without notice.
(l) The Bookseller reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site and/or Log-in details at its sole discretion and without notice.
